At QWEN, we strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
Exchange Policy
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please provide an unboxing video of the package within 24 hours of receiving the order to initiate an exchange request. If you've received a defective or incorrect product, it will be eligible for exchange. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your home at no extra cost.
Returns
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products unless the damage occurred prior to delivery. If you receive a product in poor condition or find that the package has been tampered with, please refuse delivery and email us at info@qwen.in with your order ID. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
Please note, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to size issues. Our outfits are custom-made to your measurements, and we provide a 2-inch margin for easy alterations. If you have any questions regarding sizing, feel free to contact us for assistance.
